Recommendation:
The application of the provisions of art. 58 par. (2) lit. a) of the Electoral Code in the context of the new local elections, which stipulate that the voters who came to the polling station with the voting right shall be included in the supplementary lists. In the case of parliamentary elections in uninominal constituencies, local elections or local referendums, only the certificates for the right to vote in the territory of the respective constituency will be accepted
