Completion of art. 134 of the Electoral Code with provisions that would establish a certain period of time (for example, 3 months) before the elections, when the assigning of voters to certain addresses / polling stations would be “frozen”. In this way, the “artificial migration” of voters could be excluded,
with an impact on the elections.
