Modification of art. 46–49 of the Electoral Code in order to regulate the term of registration of MP candidates, so that both electoral candidates, who have been registered as a result of a judicial examination of the refusal to register them and the ones registered by the electoral body, have the possibility to start the electoral campaign within the same term. We consider that the change in question can be made in the spirit of the provisions of art. 73 of the Electoral Code on the examination of complaints no later than the election day
