The procedure for counting votes adopted in the Russian elections does not guarantee its accuracy and honesty of the results obtained. Subjective interference of members of the commission and other persons can distort the expression of the will of voters anywhere and anytime. It is necessary that the counting of votes is carried out automatically, without the direct participation of members of the commissions. In addition, any citizen should have the right to observe the voting and counting of votes.
