Recommendation:
All non-profit organizations giving financial support to parties or candidates have to be obliged to disclose information about their own donors, namely the name of the company or a name of the private person, tax reference number, the region and the sum of donation. Such reports have to be published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
