In the future, the law should provide proportionate and dissuasive sanctions for failure or late submission of financial statements on the receipt and use of election funds, as well as on inclusion false information to these reports. Such reports should also reflect information for the maximum long period before the election (for example, since opening of election funds till the 5th day before the Election Day).
